The Role

As part of our Creative & Media team in Rotterdam and Amsterdam, you will work alongside creatives, strategists, social specialists, media experts, and technologists to create impactful work. We are seeking a Junior Creative who is eager to learn and passionate about connecting ideas with people. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced team members and contribute to a diverse portfolio of brands and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing creative concepts, campaigns, content, and digital experiences for various clients and channels.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and innovation workshops.
• Create copy, social content, presentations, visual explorations, campaign assets, and prototypes.
• Explore how AI, automation, and emerging technology can enhance ideas and address client challenges.
• Collaborate closely with team members to bring ideas to fruition.
• Stay informed about cultural trends, consumer behavior, and new technologies.
• Participate in creative research and trend spotting.
• Support the creation of work across social, digital, CRM, and integrated campaigns.
• Continuously develop your creative skills through feedback and hands-on experience.

Requirements

• 0 - 3 years of experience in a creative, content, social, technology, or advertising environment.
• A portfolio showcasing creativity and potential through various projects.
• Native Dutch speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Passion for creativity, storytelling, technology, and digital experiences.
• Interest in AI and how technology can inspire new creativity.
• A curious mindset with a willingness to learn and experiment.
• Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Active interest in social media and evolving consumer behaviors.
