The Role

As a Junior Creative, you will be part of our Creative & Media team, working closely with creatives, strategists, media experts, and technologists to produce impactful work. You will have the chance to develop your craft while contributing to a diverse portfolio of brands and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing creative concepts, campaigns, content, and digital experiences for multiple clients.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and innovation workshops.
• Help create copy, social media content, presentations, visual explorations, and campaign assets.
• Explore how AI, automation, and emerging platforms can enhance ideas and address client challenges.
• Collaborate with team members to bring creative ideas to life.
• Stay informed about cultural trends, consumer behavior, and new technologies.
• Participate in creative research and trend spotting.
• Support the creation of work across various channels, including social, digital, and integrated campaigns.
• Continuously develop your creative skills through mentorship and hands-on experience.

Requirements

• 0 - 3 years of experience in a creative, content, or advertising environment.
• A portfolio showcasing creativity and potential through various projects.
• Native Dutch speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Passion for creativity, storytelling, and digital experiences.
• Interest in AI and how technology can unlock new creative possibilities.
• A curious mindset and willingness to learn and experiment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Active interest in social media and innovation.
• Positive energy and initiative to contribute beyond your experience level.
