De Rol
Je draait vanaf het begin mee in lopende trajecten, samen met een ervaren adviseur. Je zoekt dingen uit: cijfers, beleid, regelgeving en wat dat betekent voor een school. Je bereidt overleggen met opdrachtgevers voor en zit zelf mee aan tafel. Stap voor stap neem je meer verantwoordelijkheid, tot je zelfstandig adviseert.
