About the Role

The Junior Channel Manager will play a vital role in supporting the Professional Hair division by implementing regional commercial activation plans for B2B and B2C e-commerce channels in the Netherlands and Belgium. This position aims to enhance sales and profitability through tailored market initiatives, strategic partnerships, and the execution of Joint Business Plans with key e-commerce partners and wholesalers.

The displayed salary range is a guideline and will be tailored to the local market. The actual salary offered will reflect the candidate's skills and professional experience assessed during the interview process, with a range of EUR 40,000 - EUR 50,000.

What You Will Do

Assist in delivering local commercial activation plans for B2B and B2C e-commerce channels in the Netherlands and Belgium, aligned with regional strategies and local market needs.
Ensure accuracy and engagement of product listings, detail pages, and descriptions optimized for conversion on B2C platforms. Create appealing content and support promotional activities, including special offers.
Collaborate with Brand Managers, E-commerce Key Account Managers, external agencies, and wholesale partners to enhance e-commerce fundamentals, boost brand visibility, and drive conversion for Kao Salon brands.
Aid in developing and executing e-commerce Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and online activation strategies with key wholesale partners and strategic customers.
Work with local sales teams to identify growth opportunities and customer potential. Analyze campaign performance and sell-out data using KPIs such as ROAS, conversion rates, and sales uplift, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Partner with regional teams to share local market insights, customer feedback, and sales forecasts, ensuring alignment on forthcoming initiatives and local commercial needs.
