In this role, you will participate in a pension project focused on transitioning existing pension claims to the new pension system. You will combine the broad responsibilities of a Business Analyst with a strong analytical and numerical focus. By exploring pension regulations, processes, and data, you will translate them into clear specifications and concrete solutions. You don’t need to know everything about pensions right away; you will start with concrete pension letters and overviews. From these end products, you will learn to deduce the underlying pension rules, necessary data, and how the calculations are made. This will gradually develop your understanding of the entire transition process.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze pension letters and overviews to determine required amounts, conditions, and scenarios.
- Translate pension rules and requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Analyze, specify, and verify calculations and forecasts.
- Conduct testing and check if outcomes align with the specified requirements.
- Deduce the underlying data, pension rules, and processes from concrete end products.
- Gather information from various stakeholders and align specifications with involved teams.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Business Engineering, pension execution, and migration.
- Take on increasing responsibility as your knowledge of the transition and pension domain grows.
Collaboration with migration is key. If a calculation is incorrect, you need to investigate the source of the issue: is it in the calculation, the pension logic, or the migrated data?
