The Junior Asset Manager will assist the Asset Management team with the operational, financial, and strategic management of a diversified real estate portfolio. Collaborating closely with senior Asset Managers, this role directly contributes to tenant satisfaction, asset performance, and long-term value creation.

De Rol

As a Junior Asset Manager, you will report directly to the Asset Managers and support them in various tasks, including:

• Integrating acquired assets into the portfolio, setting up and maintaining buildings in Yardi (our Real Estate management ERP software), and actively monitoring critical events such as acquisitions, lease commencements, expirations, and renewals.
• Maintaining up-to-date property data and analyses of property performance and indicators (e.g., vacancy rate, rent collection rate, rental trends, lease expirations).
• Providing administrative support such as rent billing and collection of overdue rent.

Vereisten

• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in real estate, asset management, finance, or a related field.
• Ability to combine financial insight with real estate knowledge and coordinate third parties.
• Strong sense of responsibility, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
• Autonomous, proactive, and able to work effectively within a team.
• Motivated to join a dynamic, innovative, and entrepreneurial organization with an international scope.
