职责
- 负责理赔案件的现场查勘，落实事故真实性，提交查勘报告。
- 在权限内进行定损，合理运用相关工具，录入并提交估损单。
- 按要求承担人伤初步工作，包括入院探视、未决跟踪和资料获取。
- 提供客户服务，落实品牌服务、时效和投诉处理要求，收集客户资料及案件相关单证。
- 完成专修、损余回收等专项工作，做好未决跟踪及估损。
要求
- 大学本科及以上学历，医学、护理学、医疗保险、法学、法医学等相关专业。
- 工作敬业，责任心强，具备良好沟通能力，持有良好驾驶记录的驾照。
- 接受应届实习生，实习期间提供生活津贴，考核合格可转正。
