该岗位负责理赔案件的现场查勘与定损工作，确保事故真实性并提交查勘报告。提供良好的客户服务，落实品牌服务与投诉处理要求。
该职位来源于猎聘。主要职责包括：
岗位职责
- 负责理赔案件的现场查勘工作，固定现场资料，验证事故真实性，初步判断保险责任，并提交查勘报告；
- 负责权限内理赔案件的定损任务，合理使用指尖、太贴心、太畅通等工具，在系统内录入并提交估损单，落实大额案件的初步定损和预报，并根据要求开展现场复勘和定损回勘；
- 根据分工，承担入院探视、未决跟踪、资料获取等人伤初步工作；
- 提供客户服务，落实品牌服务、时效和投诉处置的各项要求，收集客户资料和案件相关单证；
- 完成专修、损余回收、送返修、营改增发票收集等专项工作，做好未决跟踪及估损。
任职要求
- 大学本科及以上学历，车辆、机械、医学、护理学、医疗保险、法学、法医学等相关专业；
- 工作敬业，责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力，持有驾照且驾驶记录良好，工作积极能干；
- 接受应届实习生，实习期间发放生活津贴，实习期考核合格并通过考试可转正。
