A major manufacturer located in Lelystad, the Netherlands, is seeking an Italian-speaking Dealer Support professional. In this role, you will closely collaborate with dealers and warehouse colleagues to ensure that all orders are processed correctly. You will be required to communicate effectively in both English and Italian at a business level (B2). Initial training will be provided to help you succeed in your position.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with dealers and warehouse colleagues to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Work with the technical department, suppliers, and headquarters to address technical inquiries and resolve parts issues.
- Monitor dealer order priorities based on requests, such as breakdown or stock orders.
- Visit dealers to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop regional sales and marketing strategies to enhance dealers' aftersales service capabilities.
- Plan and execute sales promotional campaigns.
- Monitor pricing levels and provide recommendations.
- Track dealer inventory levels and suggest stocking strategies.
- Create parts recommendation lists for new dealers and newly launched models.
- Provide training on parts systems to dealers.
