We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team and take on second-line technical support responsibilities alongside systems administration tasks. This position offers a blend of hands-on troubleshooting and the discipline required to maintain our operational systems.

The Role

You will be responsible for resolving escalated tickets that the help desk could not close, administering SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Okta, and managing the device fleet, including provisioning, MDM, and lifecycle management. Additionally, you will implement and maintain identity, access, and basic security controls, document procedures, and improve IT runbooks while collaborating with security and engineering teams on systems enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated tickets that the help desk couldn't close.
• Administer SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Okta).
• Manage device fleet, including provisioning, MDM, and lifecycle.
• Implement and maintain identity, access, and basic security controls.
• Document procedures and improve IT runbooks.
• Partner with security and engineering on systems improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years in IT support, sysadmin, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and major SaaS platforms.
• Experience with MDM tools (Jamf, Kandji, Intune).
• Familiarity with identity providers (Okta, Azure AD).
• Working knowledge of networking, DNS, and basic security principles.
• Comfortable scripting in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
