• Collaborate with the MAKE team, which includes key roles such as Business Technology Lead, Technology Service Owner, Site Delivery Lead, Information Security Risk Management representative, and Operation Technology Lead for ongoing projects and new site requirements.
• Coordinate and act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for complex service requests and local projects.
• Interact with manufacturing labs and logistics personnel to address future state requirements.
• Engage with multiple MLL stakeholders, including execution systems plant engineers and MLL IT technicians.
• Monitor service levels, track metrics, and ensure the health of GTS services, such as network reliability, availability, and capacity.
• Create dashboards and Kanban boards to track ongoing tickets.
• Manage CMDB related to GTS services.
• Foster good communication with site stakeholders to build strong trust and enable process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Utilize ServiceNow to create reports on tasks, incidents, and other activities.
• Handle risk, security, vulnerability, and compliance management related to GTS services.
• Oversee local site-level asset planning, purchasing, deployment, and decommissioning.
• Deliver and coordinate end-user services through the service desk, addressing backup, database, Windows team, networking issues, and hardware support from the respective Deskside L2 team.
