As an IT Support and Systems Administrator at Customs Support, you play a crucial role in maintaining the productivity of our colleagues by ensuring stable and secure IT systems. Your responsibilities will include managing Microsoft 365 services, providing user support, and collaborating with external IT partners to enhance our IT infrastructure.

In this dynamic position, no two days are the same. You may find yourself troubleshooting complex Microsoft 365 issues one day and deploying new hardware the next. Your role encompasses user support, systems administration, and continuous improvement of our IT services.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Manage and prioritize helpdesk tickets for timely resolution.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, workplace, and network-related issues.
• Deliver end-user training to enhance digital skills.
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops and workstations across Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including user accounts and licenses.
• Perform routine updates, backups, and system health checks.
• Safeguard data security and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with external IT vendors to identify service improvement opportunities.

Vereisten

• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong customer-focused approach with good communication skills in Dutch and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure Active Directory and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Knowledge of IT security and endpoint management.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation.
