In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading the project team to ensure deliverables are clearly defined and agreed upon with the Project Owner. You will confirm the feasibility of project delivery, prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training strategies, and hand over projects to support teams. Collaboration with the PMO will be essential to facilitate process improvements in project management.

• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including resource allocation and optimized utilization.
• Manage project deliverables in line with the project plan.
• Record and manage project issues, escalating when necessary.
• Resolve cross-functional issues at the project level.
• Manage project scope and change control, escalating issues as needed.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing status reports to the Project Owner.
• Liaise with and update progress to project board/senior management.
• Manage project evaluation and dissemination activities.
• Work closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.

Vereisten

• BA/MA degree, preferably in IT, Finance, or Economics.
• PMP or other Project Management certification.
• 3-5 years of experience in managing IT projects (infrastructure, software).
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of ITIL and industry best practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail, testing, and documentation.
• Ability to maintain good working relationships with third-party service providers and vendors.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
