De IT Integrator coördineert en faciliteert de uitvoering van complexe, bankbrede IT-veranderinitiatieven die meerdere afdelingen, systemen en waardeketens raken. Het doel is om samenhang, kwaliteit en voortgang te waarborgen, afhankelijkheden te managen en duurzame borging van veranderingen te realiseren.
Kernverantwoordelijkheden:
- Vertalen van strategische initiatieven naar concrete, uitvoerbare veranderopdrachten.
- Coördineren van multidisciplinaire IT-verandertrajecten en bewaken van afhankelijkheden, risico’s en voortgang.
- Borgen van kwaliteit door samenwerking met experts, DevOps Managers en enabling teams.
- Faciliteren van samenwerking en afstemming tussen business, IT en architectuur.
- Rapporteren over voortgang, risico’s en resultaten richting Portfoliomanagement en ExCo. Bevorderen van continue verbetering binnen de agile IT-organisatie.
Portfoliomanagement & IT Integration richt zich op het integraal sturen van het IT-portfolio en het veilig en betrouwbaar integreren van systemen en processen. De afdeling werkt end-to-end aan waardestroom optimalisatie: van prioritering en architectuur tot implementatie en beheer, met focus op performance, security en continu verbeteren.
