In this role, you will be essential in supporting our operations through various tasks. You'll efficiently process purchase and sales orders, ensuring timely fulfillment. Your responsibilities will include disassembling, inspecting, testing, and repairing electronic hardware such as servers, workstations, and network equipment. You will also securely erase previous customer data from storage devices and maintain accurate inventory records. Assembling and configuring IT hardware systems based on customer specifications will be part of your duties, along with contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality. You will prepare and submit timely reports on order status and inventory levels while adhering to strict quality, safety, environmental, and data security standards. Collaboration with other departments will also be necessary to achieve operational goals.

• Experience with hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Knowledge of computer hardware components, peripherals, and server equipment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) or a strong interest in enhancing Excel skills.
• Familiarity with database software (Microsoft Access) is a plus.
