In this role, you will lead our global Internal IT function, ensuring that over 1,200 colleagues across the Nordics, Benelux, UK, and Continental Europe have access to reliable and secure technology. You will oversee regional IT teams, manage enterprise applications, and serve as the go-to partner for various IT needs, from device rollouts to AI governance. Your focus will be on defining global standards while accommodating local requirements, achieving a balance between governance, operational excellence, security, and cost efficiency.

De rol

You will lead and develop the Internal IT organization across all regions, establishing a network of regional IT representatives and key users. Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining and implementing a global operating model for consistent service delivery while meeting regional business needs.
• Managing IT operations, including incident, problem, change, and request management, while ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Leading Service Desk and end-user support teams, managing the lifecycle of devices and collaboration tools.
• Overseeing the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring a secure and productive hybrid workplace.
• Defining our global infrastructure and cloud strategy, including Azure tenant and identity architecture.
• Partnering with business functions on enterprise applications, managing enablement, lifecycle, licensing, and vendor relationships.
• Setting governance for AI adoption and helping teams identify enterprise AI opportunities.
• Managing strategic IT vendors and optimizing costs across the group.
• Collaborating with Information Security on endpoint security and disaster recovery.
• Executing the Internal IT roadmap to drive standardization and automation.

Vereisten

• 8+ years of experience in IT Operations or Internal IT leadership.
• 3+ years managing geographically distributed IT teams.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and modern workplace technologies.
• Experience with enterprise business applications, including lifecycle and vendor management.
• Solid grounding in IT Service Management (ITIL).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and enterprise identity platforms.
• A track record of driving technology standardization while allowing regional flexibility.
• Exposure to AI platforms and governance is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
