In this role, you will make AI adoption and innovation tangible by ensuring safe and practical AI deployment in daily work, enabling our companies to work faster and smarter. You will oversee IT projects from start to finish, assist colleagues in applying AI effectively, and ensure daily IT services are predictable and professional.

The Role

You will switch between our companies, IT partners, suppliers, and your own Business Services team, making a direct impact on thousands of colleagues and freelancers. This position is ideal for someone energized by organizing, improving, implementing, and inspiring.

• Smart AI Deployment: Initiate and guide practical AI solutions (like Copilot and Claude) that accelerate processes and enhance quality.
• AI Adoption: Organize training sessions, workshops, and webinars to ensure AI is utilized in your colleagues' daily work.
• Leading IT Projects: Coordinate IT transformations and optimizations, monitoring planning, scope, and progress.
• Managing IT Services: Act as the point of contact for boutiques, Business Services, and IT partners, ensuring stable and predictable IT support.
• Compliance & Security: Facilitate audits and investigations, ensuring IT and AI are secure, compliant, and future-proof.
• Connecting Business & IT: Translate requests from boutiques into concrete IT and AI solutions, maintaining oversight through roadmaps and reports.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT implementations, IT projects, or a similar coordinating role.
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on opportunities and solutions, and the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
• Structured work style, energized by organizing and improving, comfortable in a directing role.
• Minimum HBO level of education, demonstrated by a completed bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, with a willingness to deepen your expertise.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience with Power BI is a plus, but not mandatory.
