Join our team as an iOS Developer, where you will build and maintain software applications using Swift. You will play a crucial role in software design, system ownership, and lead architectural changes while collaborating closely with stakeholders.

As an iOS Developer, you will be responsible for developing software applications using relevant programming languages and leveraging your knowledge of systems, services, and tools specific to our business area. You will write clean, reusable code by adhering to standard patterns and libraries, and refactor code when necessary to enhance simplicity and design. Ensuring application quality through established testing techniques and maintaining data security and integrity by following company standards are key aspects of your role.

End to End System Ownership

You will possess the knowledge to take full ownership of a service, actively monitoring its health and performance, setting relevant metrics, and responding to any violations. Your expertise will also enable you to mitigate risks and gather customer feedback through continuous delivery and experimentation frameworks, managing applications or services independently throughout deployment and operations in production.

Software Systems Design

You will evaluate architectural solutions considering cost, business, and technology requirements, as well as emerging technologies. Your broad understanding of our infrastructure and architecture will allow you to assess the implications of modifying existing systems or integrating new ones, ensuring that designed solutions meet current business needs while being adaptable for future enhancements.

Critical Thinking

You will systematically identify patterns and underlying issues in complex situations, applying logical and analytical thinking to find effective solutions.

Requirements

10-12 years of experience
Proficiency in Swift
Ability to assist in architectural decisions for Android development
Experience leading architectural changes
Strong technical stakeholder management skills
Capability to work closely with team members and stakeholders
Experience leading the migration project from Pearl to Java
Self-starter with high agency
Act as a strategic partner within the team
