We are seeking an Investment Banking Associate to spearhead deal execution and conduct client analysis. This position merges advanced financial modeling with direct client engagement, overseeing M&A, capital markets, and advisory transactions from initial pitch to final close.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial modeling, valuation, and analysis for M&A and capital markets transactions.
• Create pitch books, Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), and management presentations.
• Oversee analyst workstreams and provide feedback on their outputs.
• Coordinate due diligence processes with clients, counterparties, and advisors.
• Engage directly with client management teams.
• Support the entire deal execution process from pitch to close.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or M&A advisory.
• Expertise in financial modeling, including LBO, M&A, and DCF methodologies.
• Strong grasp of accounting, valuation principles, and capital markets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an executive presence.
• Proven ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
• MBA, CFA, or a degree from a top-tier undergraduate program is preferred.
