The Role

During your internship, you will get to know the Traffic Technology department of BAM Infra Techniek and Assetmanagement well, particularly the working methods related to knowledge sharing, planning, warehouse orders, and more. Throughout your internship:

• You will map the current working methods;
• You will determine with the team and stakeholders which methods should be prioritized for standardization;
• You will research which future situation best fits the organization;
• You will identify all opportunities and risks;
• You will describe an implementation strategy;
• You will implement the first standardized working methods.

About the Company

At BAM Techniek and Assetmanagement, we work daily to keep the Dutch infrastructure accessible, safe, and reliable. Within the Traffic Systems department, we build and maintain various electrotechnical installations, such as traffic control systems, public lighting, matrix boards, and camera systems on and around the highways. Your workplace will be in Culemborg. Although you will work independently on the assignment, you are not alone. You are part of the entire Traffic Systems department and will regularly interact with various colleagues and stakeholders.
