The Role

Are you ambitious to become the next real estate expert? Do you enjoy diving into data, possess strong analytical skills, and want to learn how real estate is valued? Then an internship at Colliers Valuations is for you.

As an intern in the Valuations team, you will be fully involved in the real estate valuation process. You will have the opportunity to apply the theory from your studies in practice and gain experience with real projects. You will assist our Valuers with:

  • Preparing and drafting independent appraisal reports;
  • Conducting market and property analyses;
  • Attending viewings and collecting real estate data;
  • Building and verifying financial models;
  • Preparing advisory reports for various clients.
