Ben jij een gemotiveerde student met een passie voor financiën, data-analyse en procesverbetering? Sluit je aan bij het Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team van dsm-firmenich voor een stage waarin je helpt bij het beoordelen en harmoniseren van kostencategorisatiemethodologieën binnen verschillende Business Units en Business Partners. Dit is jouw kans om praktijkervaring op te doen in financiële analyse, kostentoewijzing en processtandaardisatie terwijl je bijdraagt aan impactvolle initiatieven in een dynamische en internationale omgeving.

Wat Je Gaat Doen

Tijdens je stage analyseer je de huidige classificatie van afdelings- en functionele kosten over P&L-lijnen voor verschillende Business Units en Business Partners. Je beoordeelt inconsistenties in bestaande kostentoewijzingsmethoden, identificeert kansen voor harmonisatie en ontwikkelt aanbevelingen om de transparantie en vergelijkbaarheid te verbeteren. Daarnaast consolideer je je bevindingen in een gestructureerd rapport en ondersteun je de ontwikkeling van een roadmap voor het implementeren van een consistenter kostencategorisatie-aanpak binnen de organisatie. Tijdens deze stage heb je de mogelijkheid om contact te leggen met veel (senior) Finance-collega's om te streven naar harmonisatie en verbetering.
