The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our Learning & Development team in designing and delivering effective learning programs in collaboration with the IT & Data Learning team and expert trainers. As an intern, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution and continuous improvement of several high-visibility learning initiatives, directly contributing to the development of critical skills and knowledge transfer across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and executing learning programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.
• Collaborate with trainers and the IT & Data Learning team to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality learning experiences.
• Monitor and support the onboarding journey for new IT & Data employees through the IT & Data Onboarding Program.
• Contribute to the Gateway Program for graduates by managing sessions, materials, and feedback.
• Support the IT Architect Excellence Program by coordinating sessions and gathering insights for program enhancement.
• Identify and suggest improvements to learning processes to optimize knowledge transfer and engagement.
• Facilitate learning programs for IT and data employees.

This internship is suitable for bachelor or master students, starting as soon as possible, with a duration of 6-12 months, requiring a minimum of 4 days per week, with 50% on-site presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master student in Communications, HR, Education, Business Administration, Content Creation, or related fields.
• Experience in learning design and project management.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbally.
• Affinity with IT and Agile methodologies.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and precise.
• Enrolled at an educational institution for the entire internship duration and at least 18 years old at the start.
• Non-EU citizens must have their university sign relevant internship documents (Nuffic agreement).

• Must be located in the Netherlands or willing to relocate.
