Overview Program start: February 2027 Location: Schiphol Duration: 6-month paid internship Come build community, explore your passions and do your best work at Microsoft with thousands of University interns from every corner of the world. This opportunity will allow you to bring your aspirations, talent, potential—and excitement for the journey ahead.

As a Solution Engineer intern, you will engage with customers, with coaching from others. You will have the opportunity to shadow customer stakeholder interactions and research customer context to gain understanding and build product expertise. You will contribute to technical wins, or portions of technical wins, with support from peers through preparation and delivery of one-way presentations.

Responsibilities

Build awareness of product strategy needs based on customer feedback and compete strategies.
Consume and leverage readiness materials to expand domain knowledge, connecting with customers and promoting internal team readiness.
Engage with customers, shadowing interactions and researching customer context to gain understanding and build product expertise.
Develop awareness of available resources by familiarizing yourself with the community and engaging others for product knowledge.
Assist in demonstrations of specific Microsoft products through preparation and execution of reference architectures.
Support technical events and hackathons, both internally at Microsoft and externally, where applicable.

Required Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or must have at least one additional quarter/semester of school remaining following the completion of the internship.
You must be legally authorized to work in the Netherlands to be eligible for this role. (Legally authorized = has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit)

This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
