Upod is newly launched, and while the product is operational and initial users are on board, we need to build demand. This is where you come in. Utonomy develops technology based on a new protocol from the inventor of the World Wide Web (Solid, by Tim Berners-Lee) that gives people control over their personal data, laying the foundation for privacy-first products, fair AI, and a European alternative to Big Tech.

The Role:

You will not just observe; you will actively help build the first sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound prospecting: identify and approach potential customers (cold emailing, LinkedIn, phone calls)
• Collaborate on and test outreach scripts and pitches
• Set up and maintain the lead pipeline in the CRM
• Participate in sales conversations and conduct your own once you're ready
• Test which target groups/segments respond best to Upod
• Provide market feedback to founders and marketing

This position is ideal for students in commercial economics, business administration, sales, or international trade.

Requirements:

You are a self-starter who thrives on:

• Having freedom and responsibility
• Directly working with founders, without intermediaries

• Facing rejections and still making calls the next day

We are not looking for a "perfect CV" but for someone with drive, skills, curiosity, and courage.

You:

• Are pursuing a higher education degree (HBO or WO)
• Are available for at least 5-6 months
• Are proactive, decisive, and not afraid to hear "no"
• Are comfortable making calls, sending emails, and asking questions
• Speak and write well in Dutch and English
