The Role

As an intern in our manufacturing team, you will play a crucial role in transitioning innovative prototypes into scalable manufacturing solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to design and enhance production tools, fixtures, and assembly methods, making our products safer and more efficient to build.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance production tooling, fixtures, and assembly aids.
• Assist in optimizing manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Develop concepts, CAD models, prototypes, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and suppliers to implement solutions.
• Validate designs through testing and support deployment on the shop floor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related HBO program.
• Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks or similar.
• Strong interest in manufacturing, industrialization, and product development.
• Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working independently.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• A passion for sustainability, clean tech, or environmental innovation.
