Voor een grote organisatie gevestigd in Flevoland, is Morgan Green op zoek naar een Interim Teamleider Productie. Als Interim Teamleider Productie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en optimaliseren van de dagelijkse productieprocessen. Je coördineert de personeels- en orderplanning, bewaakt de productievoortgang, productiviteit en kwaliteit en zorgt ervoor dat orders volgens planning en de geldende normen worden uitgevoerd. Daarnaast coach en motiveer je een team van 20 tot 30 medewerkers, onderhoud je contact met klanten en logistieke partners en verzorg je de bijbehorende productieadministratie.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Teamleiding: Je stuur je een team van 20 tot 30 medewerkers aan en coach en motiveer je hen om optimale prestaties te behalen.
- Productieplanning: Coördineer de personeels- en orderplanning en bewaak de voortgang, productiviteit en tijdige uitvoering van productieorders.
- Kwaliteitsbewaking: Toezicht houden op de naleving van kwaliteitsnormen en voorschriften op het gebied van veiligheid, gezondheid, milieu en hygiëne.
- Operationele coördinatie: Stem productieactiviteiten en orderplanning af met klanten en logistieke partners en verzorg de bijbehorende productieadministratie.
