The Role

As we prepare to launch our first Commercial Skytree Stratus System, we seek an Interim Site and Execution Manager to ensure seamless operations on-site. You will coordinate the delivery and assembly of modules from various suppliers, including the construction of the hall in August and the arrival of the first module in September. Your role is hands-on, requiring you to be physically present on-site, acting as the main point of contact for contractors and overseeing daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities on-site, serving as the primary contact for all contractors.
• Manage execution sequences, crane operations, deliveries, and site logistics.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including permits, toolboxes, and incident follow-ups.
• Oversee V&G Coordination during the execution phase, in compliance with statutory regulations.
• Monitor site quality and provide documentation for module acceptance.
• Facilitate the handover of the site to commissioning, module by module.
• Exercise authority to halt work if safety standards are not met.

Requirements

• Proven experience in industrial or process plant execution (mechanical erection, piping, E&I); building construction experience alone is insufficient.
• Background as a V&G Coordinator during execution phases, in line with Arbobesluit regulations.
• Expertise in developing and managing V&G plans and RI&E in construction contexts.
• Ability to evaluate safety plans and enforce compliance by stopping work as necessary.
• Skills in coordinating heavy lifting, including lifting plans and crane operations.
• Fluency in Dutch is essential, with English communication skills for interfacing with Skytree.
• Availability starting September, with the role expected to continue into 2027.

Nice to Have

• Experience with commissioning processes and understanding plant energization requirements.
• Knowledge of subcontract administration, including variations, site constructions, and back charges.
