The company is currently in a pivotal development phase, transitioning from technology development to commercial production. In the coming years, the focus will be on further professionalization, establishing the first commercial production site, attracting external funding, and building a scalable organization. To support this development, BRS Green is looking for an experienced Interim Manager Operations.

BRS Green seeks an experienced interim manager who will take responsibility for the further structuring and professionalization of operations during this development phase. The assignment focuses on strengthening the organizational foundation, further developing supporting processes, and creating the conditions for the next growth phase of the company. The emphasis of the role lies in Finance, supplemented by oversight of Human Resources and Legal. The Interim Manager Operations will report directly to the management and act as a key sparring partner for both operational and strategic issues. Initially, the assignment is interim in nature; however, depending on mutual satisfaction and the further development of the organization, a permanent collaboration is certainly a possibility.

Finance

• Overall responsibility for financial operations.
• Functionally lead the Head of Financial Administration.
• Planning & Control.
• Liquidity and cash flow management.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Annual accounts process and audit control.
• Grants, funding processes, and liaising with banks and investors.
• Further professionalization of financial processes, management information, and internal control.

Human Resources

• Monitor and further develop a professional HR policy.
• Coordinate recruitment and selection.
• Employment conditions, personnel policy, and personnel administration.
• Absenteeism and performance processes.
• Coordination and management of external HR specialists.
• Support the further development of the organization.

Legal & Governance

• Contract management and legal quality assurance.
• Identify legal and contractual risks.
• Coordinate agreements and corporate legal issues.
• Maintain contact with lawyers, notaries, and other advisors.
• Support governance, compliance, and decision-making processes.

• HBO+/WO work and thinking level.
• A strong financial background, for example in Finance & Control, Business Economics, or Accountancy.

• Experience as an interim manager or change manager is a plus.
