Als Interim Maintenance Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en begeleiden van monteurs en externe firma's. Je analyseert en lost complexe mechanische, elektrotechnische en besturingstechnische storingen op. Daarnaast voer je storingsanalyses uit en initieert verbeteringen. Je stelt onderhouds-, inspectie- en keuringsplannen op en actualiseert deze, optimaliseert onderhoudsprocessen en werkmethodes, en beheert technische documentatie. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het inkopen van materialen en het beheren van technische voorraden. Je initieert vervangings- en verbeterinvesteringen en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve en financiële afhandeling van onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
Profiel
- Mbo+ werk- en denkniveau in een technische richting
- Ervaring binnen onderhoud of techniek in een industriële productieomgeving
- Kennis van mechanische, elektrotechnische en besturingstechnische installaties
- Ervaring met storingsanalyses en continu verbeteren
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
- Een proactieve en gestructureerde werkwijze
- Het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen en zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen
