EMEA Recruitment is collaborating with a global brand seeking an Interim HR Business Partner to support its Finance, Operations, and IT functions across the EMEA region. In this role, you will work across multiple countries, ensuring consistent and compliant HR practices that align with the company's values, while contributing to the implementation of regional priorities and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Partner and coach leaders in Finance, Operations, and IT on employee lifecycle topics.
- Guide managers on talent management, succession planning, and performance discussions.
- Support organizational planning and change, including structure, roles, and communications.
- Drive the implementation of job architecture, career frameworks, and compensation processes within the business.
- Coordinate core HR processes with wider HR teams.
