Over de opdracht Energy Trading opereert in een specialistische, internationale en competitieve arbeidsmarkt. De community verbindt expertise in trading, quantitative analysis, marktkennis en technologie, wat essentieel is voor succesvolle handelsbeslissingen en de energietransitie.

De opdracht bestaat uit twee hoofdonderdelen: het succesvol invullen van vacatures en het structureel professionaliseren van recruitment binnen Energy Trading. Je ontwikkelt duurzame recruitmentstrategieën, talentpijplijnen en marktinzichten voor het recruitmentcluster Commercie, Integratie en Staf. Je werkt zelfstandig vanuit je expertise en stemt af met de Lead Recruiter, HR en andere betrokken stakeholders.

Wat ga je opleveren

  • Een succesvol ingevulde portefeuille van vacatures binnen Energy Trading.
  • Een voorspelbaar, schaalbaar en duurzaam Recruitment Operating Model (ROM) voor de Trade Community van Eneco, in samenwerking met de Recruitment Lead, HR, Employer Branding en het managementteam Trade.
  • Een strategie voor de Trade community samen met Employer Branding.
  • Duurzame talentpijplijnen voor kritische doelgroepen binnen Trade, zowel nationaal als internationaal.
  • Een professioneel en transparant proces voor kandidaten en stakeholders, met minder afhankelijkheid van ad-hoc search en externe bureaus.
