We are currently seeking a full-time, customer-focused, proactive, and accurate Intercompany Export Specialist. This position is integral to our Export, Intercompany & Specialized Services department, ensuring excellent quality, swift delivery, and ultimately our patients' safety and health.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Establish close working relationships with local downstream Distribution Centers, regulatory, logistics operations, transport teams, trade compliance, and supply chain planning.
• Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from Distribution Centers in various regions, including the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, Russia, Eastern Europe, India, APAC, China, and Latin America regarding stock transfer orders.
• Facilitate smooth order and shipment processes and manage communications for stock transfer orders, handling incoming emails efficiently.
• Create and monitor stock transfer orders, deliveries, and shipments at different stages in the ERP system (i.e., SAP).
• Provide daily/weekly updates on open orders, deliveries, and shipments to distribution centers.
• Follow up on service complaints with detailed root cause investigations and timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with other teams to resolve issues while maintaining attention to detail.
• Conduct regular conference calls with stakeholders to discuss processes and overcome obstacles.
• Apply continuous improvement methods while working on process enhancements.
• Analyze data and deviations to ensure smooth process flows.

Vereisten

• HBO work & thinking level.
• 2+ years’ experience in export-related customer care/service, order management, or logistics.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Strong customer focus and can-do mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• High sense of responsibility and flexibility.
• Ability to prioritize in a constantly changing environment and manage stress.
• Proactive communication with all parties involved in regional processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Result-oriented approach using data and KPIs.
• Experience with Emerging Markets and/or Intercompany is preferred, along with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
