As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams and delivering project work across a range of clients, either from our Amsterdam office or at client sites. Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving growth and improving revenue.
• Producing proposals and other client materials.
• Mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Collaborating with other Sia offices and leveraging our global network for cross-selling initiatives and knowledge sharing.
• Tracking developments in the financial services industry and contributing to the Sia brand in the Dutch insurance market through publications and networking.

You will work on various projects covering topics such as:

• Business strategy definition and implementation: business plans, digital strategies, market studies, financial modeling, benchmarks, and data analysis.
• Business improvement: business processes study, mapping and reengineering, performance management design and implementation.
• Regulatory/Operational Risk transformation: analyzing regulatory impacts and ensuring compliance.
• Innovation: discovering and validating emerging business opportunities and managing prototype development.
• Project management: overseeing business projects with internal stakeholders and third parties.
