De Rol

In your role as a Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams and delivering project work for a range of clients, either from our Amsterdam office or on-site. Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving growth and improving revenue.
• Producing proposals and other client materials.
• Mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Collaborating with other Sia offices and participating in cross-selling initiatives.
• Tracking developments in the financial services industry and contributing to Sia's brand in the Dutch insurance market through articles, blogs, and networking.

You will work on various projects covering topics such as:

• Business strategy definition and implementation, including business plans and digital strategies.
• Business improvement through process studies and performance management.
• Regulatory and operational risk transformation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Innovation by discovering and validating new business opportunities.
• Project management involving internal stakeholders and third parties.

Vereisten

• 5-10 years of experience in management consulting.
• Proven experience in delivering change within a top-tier insurance company; banking experience is a plus.
• Strong entrepreneurial drive and interest in data and AI topics.
• Good understanding of insurance products, processes, and technologies (insurtech/fintech).
• A strong network within the Dutch insurance market.
• Strong academic background in business, mathematics, or economics.
• Native Dutch speaker; excellent English communication and presentation skills are a plus.
