Role Overview We are looking for an Insurance Agent to guide clients in selecting insurance products and to finalize new policies. This position blends consultative selling with insurance knowledge, enabling you to quickly establish trust and align products with clients' genuine needs.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through inbound inquiries and outbound outreach.
• Conduct needs assessments with prospects across personal lines, including auto, home, life, and health insurance.
• Quote and present policy options customized to each client's unique situation.
• Close new business while managing a pipeline of renewals and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and achieve activity and sales targets.
• Keep updated on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and regulations.

Requirements

• Active insurance license in your jurisdiction (Property & Casualty, Life & Health, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years in insurance sales or financial services sales.
• Strong consultative selling and needs-discovery skills.
• Familiarity with insurance CRM and quoting platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record in commission-based environments.
