• Deliver high-quality training courses according to GWO standards.
• Execute and continuously improve hands-on training sessions, including realistic height-based exercises.
• Guide participants through practical, height-focused scenarios.
• Uphold the highest safety standards - because in this role, rules and procedures are non-negotiable.

Wat Breng Je Mee?

• Experience as an instructor is a plus - your mindset matters most.
• Ideally certifications in GWO (or the willingness to obtain them).
• Good command of English.
• A proactive, flexible, and hands-on attitude.
• A genuine passion for safety, training, and working with people.
• Experience in offshore wind, rope access, working at heights, or other high-risk industrial environments is a strong advantage.
• A serious commitment to safety rules and protocols - because the well-being of our participants is our top priority.
