Als Inspection Coordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en beheren van inspecties bij leveranciers wereldwijd voor apparatuur die wordt gebruikt in complexe offshore platformprojecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat inspecties goed worden voorbereid, uitgevoerd en opgevolgd, terwijl je volledige, nauwkeurige en traceerbare documentatie gedurende het hele proces onderhoudt.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Coördineren en voorbereiden van inspecties bij internationale leveranciers, inclusief het beoordelen van documentatie, testprocedures en inspectieschema's.
- Inspecteurs inplannen, ervoor zorgen dat zij goed voorbereid zijn en inspectiedetails communiceren naar alle relevante belanghebbenden.
- Inspectierapporten, punchlists en kwaliteitsdocumentatie beoordelen, verifiëren en verspreiden.
- Toezicht houden op de sluiting van punchlist-items en ondersteunend bewijs verifiëren voordat de apparatuur wordt goedgekeurd voor verzending.
- Gestructureerde inspectiedocumentatie in SharePoint onderhouden en ondersteuning bieden bij het uitgeven van Inspection Release Notes.
Vereisten
- Eerdere ervaring als Inspection Coordinator, QA/QC Coordinator, Inspector of in een vergelijkbare technische kwaliteitsrol.
- Goede technische kennis van industriële apparatuur en inspectieprocessen.
- Sterke administratieve, organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden met uitstekende aandacht voor detail.
- Professioneel niveau van Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling; ervaring met SharePoint en internationale leveranciers is een voordeel.
