METTLER TOLEDO's clients are incredibly diverse. Your role as an Inside Sales Service Representative will reflect this diversity!

You will have frequent phone contact with our customers across the Benelux, addressing a wide range of inquiries.

Are you a proactive individual? Great! Being 'proactive' is the key term in our Inside Sales department in Tiel. First, you will clarify the customer's exact needs. You will ask questions and advise on our service options.

What we greatly appreciate about you is your initiative to call customers who have not yet responded to the service contract renewal. Or to check if the contents of this contract are clear, allowing you to take an advisory role where necessary. You will only deal with our existing customers. Alongside your onboarding process, you can expect internal training to familiarize yourself with all service options. This position offers ample development opportunities and potential for advancement.
