TalentPop is seeking motivated individuals for the role of Inside Sales and Support Representative. This position merges outstanding customer support with consultative selling, enabling you to assist customers in finding the right solutions while boosting revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and retention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Provide exceptional service via phone, email, live chat, and SMS, ensuring accurate product information and resolving inquiries.
• Sales Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities through consultative selling, upselling, cross-selling, and promotional offers.
• Retention & Recovery: Assist in subscription recovery, abandoned cart campaigns, and customer win-back initiatives to enhance retention and maximize revenue.
• Post-Purchase Experience: Address order-related issues, manage returns and exchanges, and follow up to encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to share customer insights and feedback aimed at enhancing products, processes, and overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer support, inside sales, or a sales-focused customer service role.
• Sales Mindset: Ability to identify sales opportunities while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills with a knack for building rapport and confidently recommending solutions.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM platforms, help desk software, Shopify, or other e-commerce tools is a plus.
• Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced remote environment.

Technical Requirements

• A dedicated desktop or laptop with an Intel Core i5 processor, AMD equivalent, or better.
