Injection Moulding Specialist

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Polymer Engineering, focusing on polymer processing.
• Proven track record in injection moulding and innovative plastic processing solutions.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience managing injection moulding projects, including team management.
• High level of independence, strong team-building skills, and self-motivation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 10-20%).
• Fluent in English, with good German language skills.
