In this role, you will be responsible for the entire injection molding process around your machine. You will set up the molds, configure the machine, and initiate the production process. Throughout production, you will closely monitor operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will identify issues and opportunities for improvement, adjust the process as needed, and implement optimizations where possible. You will work with various plastics, ranging from conventional materials to high-performance options like PEEK, PEI, and PES, creating complex products for the aerospace industry. You will also be responsible for the machine and molds, ensuring you can start and shut down the machine independently, keep it clean, and report any irregularities during the process. You will join a team of ten Injection Molding Operators, working in three groups, each focusing on different types of products. One group specializes in small complex products, another in more intricate items requiring post-processing, and the third in large complex products, with or without further processing. This variety allows you to work with different materials, products, and machines.
