We are looking for an Information Specialist to organize, curate, and make information easily accessible throughout the business. This role combines research with knowledge architecture to ensure that employees can find what they need efficiently.

The Role

You will be responsible for curating and maintaining knowledge bases, internal wikis, and resource libraries. Conducting research and synthesizing information for internal stakeholders will be key, along with developing taxonomies, tagging structures, and metadata standards. You will audit content for accuracy, freshness, and gaps, train teams on knowledge management practices and tools, and collaborate with subject matter experts to capture and codify their expertise.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in knowledge management, library science, or research-heavy roles.
• Strong research skills across primary and secondary sources.
• Familiarity with knowledge tools such as Notion, Confluence, Guru, or Slab.
• Excellent written communication and structured documentation skills.
• Comfort with taxonomies, search, and metadata.
• A background in library science or information management is a plus.
