Je werkt bij een zorgorganisatie in Zoetermeer, binnen de afdeling Strategie & Informatiemanagement. Deze afdeling valt onder Informatievoorziening, samen met project- en servicemanagement en de ICT-operatie. De organisatie ondergaat momenteel uitdagende veranderingen met een focus op de zelfredzaamheid van cliënten en zorgwerkers. De afdeling streeft ernaar zich te ontwikkelen als een wendbare organisatie, passend bij de veranderingen in de zorg. De organisatie richt zich op mensen met een verstandelijke of meervoudige handicap in de regio Zuid-Holland, waar meer dan 6000 professionals op deskundige en betrokken wijze hulp bieden.
