The Role

As an Imaging Education Specialist, you will support all Imaging, Navigation, Robotics (INR) products and associated services within your designated territory. You will also assist internal and external INR labs, requiring a solid understanding of the operating room and teamwork to facilitate sales and training activities. This role demands a self-starter who can create value for both the customer and the organization, with a focus on imaging education. A current radiology certification and experience training others in the operating room are essential. You will collaborate with capital and implant sales teams, hospital staff, and the INR corporate team to lead all aspects of a case.

Responsibilities

Develop in-depth technical knowledge of Imaging, Navigation, Robotics products, and relevant procedures, anatomy, and implant products.
Assist in creating educational texts, workflows, and training modules.
Provide educational support for new surgeons, OR staff, and administrators during INR installations and ongoing customer needs.
Deliver comprehensive hands-on training to customers through cadaver labs, bio-skill labs, and on-site training sessions.
Attend cases and educate the field on preparing patients for radiologic procedures, ensuring patient care, safety, and comfort during imaging.
Offer ongoing INR education to Globus peers, both in-house and external, prior to capital installations and ongoing programs.
Educate on the operation of Globus radiologic equipment to produce body images, positioning equipment, and ensuring compliance with radiologic regulations.
Promote a successful team culture based on excellence, results, integrity, and trust.
Cultivate surgeon support and generate market awareness around INR products and services.
Support the installation process for consistent utilization within the initial 90 days.
Serve as a backup for clinical team members as needed.
Collaborate with the implant team to identify capital and implant targets to grow Globus's business.
Assist in developing key opinion leader surgeons.
Augment sales activities of capital representatives and support functions outlined by Directors and VPs.
Manage expenses within budget.
Perform other duties as assigned.
