Identity & Access Management Operations is a division of the Digital Security Office. You will be part of an ambitious IAM program at Belfius, aimed at maintaining control and security over our applications, platforms, and information assets while enabling efficient and secure access for employees and partners. IAM involves defining and managing employee roles and access to various cloud and on-premise applications.

The Role

We are looking for a colleague with a solid understanding of RBAC, IIQ, architecture, and security principles in the IAM domain. Your responsibilities include:

Ensuring the proper implementation of the Business Role Model and Data Model for Belfius Bank and Belfius Insurance.
Establishing controls and action plans based on the guidelines of the Information Security Management System and reporting KPIs to management.
Serving as the point of contact for IAM-related topics (JML processes, uncorrelated accounts, direct links, etc.).
Creating KPIs and reports for stakeholders (CIAM, managers, role owners, etc.).
Monitoring IIQ performance.

Requirements

You don't need to be a rare bird to stand out with us; you should meet the following criteria:

A genuine interest in the world of Identity & Access Management.
An analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and openness to change.
Knowledge of Identity IQ and Elimity is a plus.
Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
Ability to work independently in organizing your tasks.
A team player: we closely collaborate with other IT teams and business units.
