For the International Baccalaureate, IB educators are valuable contributors who collaborate with staff to support candidate and authorized schools while upholding the IB mission. This position aids educators both onsite and remotely, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the efficient operation of the IB Educator Network. The role involves recruitment, training, and ongoing support for qualified IB Educators delivering services across all four IB programmes globally, while maintaining data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage IB Educator records in compliance with legal and financial regulations, IB policies, and data accuracy standards.
• Address IB Educator and applicant inquiries according to organizational service expectations.
• Assist in the recruitment of qualified IB Educators to ensure service delivery across all four IB programmes.
• Complete application, certification, and allocation tasks to agreed standards and timelines.
• Review IB Educator applications and make appointment decisions based on qualifications and experience.
• Provide accurate data and information to support recruitment, planning, projects, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate staffing for events within agreed service levels and communicate clearly with IB Educators and teams.
• Track data issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with IT colleagues to resolve basic issues.
• Support applicants and IB Educators through certification, maintaining accurate records and addressing recurring issues.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the IB Educator experience and collaborate with colleagues to implement solutions.

Requirements

• IT literate with the ability to learn new systems and software.
• Strong communication skills with a good command of the English language.
• Excellent attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
• Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and manage your workload.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a small team environment.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the IB and its programmes is desirable.
• Proficiency in French and/or Spanish is a plus.

What We Offer

• Salary: £30,933 - £38,667 | €45,267 - €56,584, negotiable based on experience.
• Full-time position, fixed term until 31 March 2028. Cardiff: 37.5 hours per week | The Hague: 40 hours per week.
• Hybrid working: 1 day in the office per week (Wednesday).
