The Role

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including checklists, documentation, and preboarding communication.
• Maintain accurate HR administration, including employee files, contract documents, and leave tracking.
• Support payroll preparation by compiling and verifying monthly changes with external partners.
• Contribute to People projects such as training initiatives, performance cycles, and policy/process updates.
• Help organize internal events and initiatives that foster culture and belonging.
• Serve as a friendly first point of contact for basic HR inquiries and learn to manage more complex topics with guidance.
• Enhance templates, trackers, and HR processes to ensure clarity, scalability, and future-proofing.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (HR, Psychology, Business, or related field).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information.
• Proactive, curious, and willing to take initiative.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English (company language); Dutch is a plus.
• Available for a 4–6 month internship (minimum 4 days per week).
