Ben jij bijna afgestudeerd in HRM, Bedrijfskunde of Bestuurskunde en heb je ervaring in HR? Ontwikkel jezelf tot strategisch HR-adviseur en maak impact bij diverse organisaties met het HR-traineeship van Compagnon.

In het HR-traineeship van Compagnon ontwikkel je je in twee jaar tijd tot een allround HR-professional. Je werkt bij verschillende opdrachtgevers, zoals Cordaan, COA, Viggo Schiphol en Q-Park, terwijl je een geaccrediteerde opleiding tot strategisch HR-adviseur volgt. Dit traineeship combineert praktijkervaring met persoonlijke coaching, trainingen en begeleiding door ervaren HR-professionals.

Wat bieden wij jou?

Een contract voor onbepaalde tijd (36-40 uur);
Een bruto maandsalaris van € 2.979 (op basis van 40 uur);
Een geaccrediteerde opleiding tot strategisch HR-adviseur, volledig onder werktijd;
Persoonlijke coaching, leiderschapstrainingen en volop ontwikkelmogelijkheden;
Afwisselende opdrachten bij toonaangevende organisaties in verschillende sectoren;
Keuze uit een NS Business Card of kilometervergoeding, laptop en telefoonvergoeding.

Dit breng jij mee:

Een (bijna) afgeronde wo-master in HRM, Bedrijfskunde of Bestuurskunde;
Enige werkervaring binnen het HR-vak;
Ambitie om door te groeien naar een strategische HR-rol;
Een proactieve, nieuwsgierige en leergierige instelling;
Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
