VirtualResource (VR) is a boutique consultancy that specializes in HR Transformation and optimizing HR operating models, processes, and systems. We aim to be the preferred partner for businesses looking to enhance their HR Delivery and technology landscape. We are currently seeking an experienced HR Process Analyst to join our HR Transformation team. This position is perfect for someone with strong HR process expertise and a deep understanding of HR technology platforms, particularly Workday HCM.
As a vital member of the HR Transformation function, you will analyze, improve, and optimize end-to-end HR processes while ensuring that supporting systems are effectively governed, maintained, and continuously enhanced. Collaborating closely with HR, Finance, Technology, and Business stakeholders, you will identify opportunities for process improvement, drive system enhancements, support change initiatives, and help deliver a best-in-class employee experience.
As a VR consultant, you will have the flexibility to manage your own day while meeting your objectives and client demands. Project teams often consist of a mix of on-site and remote members who connect via IM and video calls.
To thrive in this remote role, you must effectively communicate in English with cross-functional teams across Europe, simplify complex concepts, and manage senior HR stakeholders. Comfort with video calls and proactive communication is essential.
As this is a remote role, you can be based anywhere in the EMEA time zone, provided you have the legal right to work in your country of residence without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
