VirtualResource (VR) is a boutique consultancy that specializes in HR Transformation and optimizing HR operating models, processes, and systems. We aim to be the preferred partner for businesses looking to enhance their HR Delivery and technology landscape. We are currently seeking an experienced HR Process Analyst to join our HR Transformation team. This position is perfect for someone with strong HR process expertise and a deep understanding of HR technology platforms, particularly Workday HCM.

The Role

As a vital member of the HR Transformation function, you will analyze, improve, and optimize end-to-end HR processes while ensuring that supporting systems are effectively governed, maintained, and continuously enhanced. Collaborating closely with HR, Finance, Technology, and Business stakeholders, you will identify opportunities for process improvement, drive system enhancements, support change initiatives, and help deliver a best-in-class employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate current HR processes, identifying opportunities for standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Support the HR user community with system usage, process guidance, reporting requirements, and data maintenance activities.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Technology, and Transformation teams to design and implement process and system improvements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable HR technology solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Manage and support Workday HCM processes, configurations, and enhancements.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to understand business challenges and define future-state processes.
• Support change management activities associated with HR transformation initiatives, including testing, training, communications, and adoption planning.
• Coordinate system releases, enhancements, and upgrades, including testing and deployment activities.
• Maintain process documentation, governance frameworks, and operating procedures.
• Monitor system performance, integrations, and data quality, ensuring issues are identified and resolved proactively.
• Collaborate with Information Security and Technology teams to ensure compliance with security, access, and governance requirements.
• Support reporting and analytics initiatives that enable data-driven decision-making across HR and Finance functions.
• Participate in transformation programs and special projects as required.

As a VR consultant, you will have the flexibility to manage your own day while meeting your objectives and client demands. Project teams often consist of a mix of on-site and remote members who connect via IM and video calls.

Requirements

To thrive in this remote role, you must effectively communicate in English with cross-functional teams across Europe, simplify complex concepts, and manage senior HR stakeholders. Comfort with video calls and proactive communication is essential.

Must Have Experience & Skills Required

• Minimum 7 years' experience with HR information systems.
• Proven experience in analyzing and improving HR business processes.
• Experience in HR process redesign, process mapping, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong experience with Workday HCM.
• Experience in large-scale HR Transformation programs.
• Experience supporting HR technology platforms, including configuration, administration, and enhancement activities.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, effectively engaging across business and technical teams.
• Experience with system testing, release management, and change initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in HR Transformation, HR Operations, Shared Services, or Digital HR environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Workday certifications are advantageous.
• Experience with HR analytics, workforce planning, or organizational change.
